In order to save you the cost of extra fees we will not be offering online registration.  We apologize for
any inconvenience this might present. Below you will find a mail-in registration form for you to download and return.

Make checks of $175 for your deposit payable to:
Michigan Women's Soccer Camp, LLC

Upon receipt of registration form and camp deposit, applicant will receive confirmation of enrollment in camp via email. Included in the confirmation email will be the rest of the forms needed to complete the application process. Completed application includes the following forms returned two weeks prior to the start of camp:
